【Mentor Membership Service Terms】

  • Transaction Methods and Fees
You may be required to pay Mentor fees in order to use certain functions of the platform (“Platform Fees”). You are responsible for paying any applicable service fees listed at the time of purchasing the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all fees are non-refundable.

When using the Mentor system, you must plan in advance the advertising setup for each advertising medium (such as Google and Meta) and each respective advertising budget. You must deposit the relevant fees into Mentor, including the advertising budget, Mentor platform fees, and taxes. When setting up advertisements, you must allocate the budget to the advertising account, set the advertisement type, upload the advertisement, and proceed with ad delivery. Mentor will assist with depositing advertising fees and will charge platform fees.

For clarity, when you place advertisements through the Service, you are responsible for paying all fees charged by the advertising services used to deliver such advertisements. These fees are paid directly to the providers of such services and are not included in the Platform Fees, nor are they charged by Mentor as part of the Service. By using a payment method to pay service fees, you expressly agree that Mentor has the right to charge service fees through such payment method, as well as any additional service fees you may purchase and any applicable taxes. If the payment method is a credit card, you acknowledge that we may pre-authorize your credit card account before your purchase in order to verify that the card is valid and that it has the funds or credit limit required to complete the purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that any service fees may increase at any time. New functions or additional functions may be introduced into the Service from time to time and may require additional fees. In such cases, Mentor will notify you in advance before charging such additional fees. If Mentor charges additional fees for the Service, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the additional fees to be charged before the charge is made. If you do not accept any such additional fees, Mentor may terminate your access to the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that Mentor may use third-party payment processors to process service fees on our behalf, and Mentor is not responsible for any errors caused by such third-party payment processors. If you fail to pay all applicable amounts owed when due, such amounts will accrue interest at a rate of 1% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

    4. Incident response: In the event of an actual or reasonably suspected security incident involving unauthorized access to, or leakage, alteration, damage, or loss of, data, the Company will promptly take reasonable and necessary investigation, containment, remediation, and mitigation measures according to the nature and impact of the incident, and will notify affected customers and relevant authorities to the extent necessary in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and relevant platform policies.

    • Sharing and disclosure: Google User Data is not provided to third parties, except to cloud service providers entrusted with providing the Service (who are bound by confidentiality and security obligations equivalent to those of the Company) or as required by laws and regulations.
